By day they add moody structure; by night they turn your entry into a glowing runway. Vary the heights and tuck small pumpkins between them for a collected, designer feel.
What You’ll Need
- 5-9 black metal lanterns in varied heights
- Battery flicker candles (one per lantern)
- Small pumpkins to tuck between lanterns
- Dried autumn leaves
- Timer plugs (optional)
How to Make
- Place one lantern per step, alternating heights.
- Drop a flicker candle in each and test the glow at dusk.
- Tuck small pumpkins between lanterns, keeping the edge clear.
- Scatter dried leaves at the bases.
- Set timers so they switch on at sunset.
